ROOTS AND SHOOTS

Roots and Shoots is a charity based in Lambeth devoted to vocational training, environmental education and urban conservation. Their official website is at http://www.rootsandshoots.org.ukLearning Centre Hall

LBKA meetings are usually held in the Wildlife Building or the Apple Barn, depending on weather, with practical demonstrations held in the apiary in the Wildlife Garden. The Courses are delivered in the new Learning Centre Hall.

Roots and Shoots is on Walnut Tree Walk, which is just off the West side of Kennington Road, opposite the Ship pub. Lambeth North is the nearest tube, about a five-minute walk away, and buses 2, 59 and 159 pass close by (Fitzalan Street stop). Click here for an online map of the area.

The Learning Centre contains a 70-seater hall, a smaller Meeting Room and a Kitchen, all of which can be hired for special events and conferences - information leaflets can be downloaded from the links below.
